Discounts, Credit, and Returns Information

Broadway Press extends the following wholesale discounts to bookstores.
Because textbooks are so frequently returned as overstocks, we have one discount of 20% for textbook orders.
- 20% discount: 1 - 5 books per order
- 30% discount: 6 - 20 books per order
- 40% discount: 21 or more books per order
We ship orders by UPS ground, passing along the exact shipping cost plus $2.50 for handling. Our minimum shipping/handling charge is $6.00.
Note: we do not have an account with FedEx Ground. This means that requests for shipping FedEx collect incurr a large pick-up fee which makes using this method more expensive than having us add the UPS charges to the invoice.
We require prepayment for all orders. It reduces our expenses which we pass along in generous discounts.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We can also fax "proforma" invoices to facilitate payment by check.
For international orders we prefer credit cards. Alternatively, we will accept checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds.
